SEA members come together every few years to bargain our Collectives Bargaining Agreements (CBA or “contract”) with SPS. The CBAs are a reflection of SEA’s strength, unity, and action through the years and everything we win is due to members’ engagement.
Each of us must enforce our CBA
Contracts are only as strong as we are together in enforcing them! Read your contract, know your rights, and talk to your AR if you think SPS has violated your contract.
