2024-25 Site-Based Interview Training Schedule
ALL persons involved in site-based screening and interviews for SEA-represented positions must attend this training. If you are interested in serving on an upcoming interview team for a SEA-represented position in Seattle Public Schools, please attend a Site-Based Interview training. SPS/SEA site-based interview training is open to all administrators, certificated and classified employees, as well as parents, students, and community representatives. This training will prepare individuals to participate in interview teams to hire for positions that are represented by the Seattle Education Association (SEA) – Certificated, Paraprofessional, and SAEOP employee groups.

The site-based interview training must be taken once every 3 years.
