Our mission is to advocate for the advancement of racial equity in the Seattle public school system. We will do so by driving racial equity learning amongst all educators and being intentional about leadership development for educators of color and educators who are committed to being anti-racist.

SEA CRSJ Dignity Conference – August 22nd
Time to Register!
SEA educators! Your CRSJ advisory team has built a summer conference with a full day of learning. This event will have a WEA guest speaker and our very own WEA caucus groups in the space to build up unity and connection to our broader statewide work.
There will be a door prize raffle at lunch and a community walk to introduce our fellow labor and community members who are doing awesome work in our Seattle area.
All our courses will be facilitated by Educators who know the work that we are doing in our schools and classrooms. Please come ready to learn something new and take resources back to your worksites and classrooms.
