Site-Based Interview Training Schedule for 2024-2025
If you are interested in serving on an upcoming interview team for a SEA-represented position in Seattle Public Schools, please attend a Site-Based Interview training. SPS/SEA site-based interview training is open to all administrators, certificated and classified employees, as well as parents, students, and community representatives. This training will prepare individuals to participate in interview teams to hire for positions that are represented by the Seattle Education Association (SEA) – Certificated, Paraprofessional, and SAEOP employee groups.
Please note: ALL persons involved in site-based screening and interviews for SEA-represented positions must attend this training.

Trainings are held remotely via Microsoft Teams from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

SPS will provide a link to the Teams session on day of the training.
The site-based interview training must be taken once every 3 years.
